Turkey Hunting Recipes

Once you harvest that Turkey use Foremost Hunting's turkey recipes to create a tasty turkey dish.  As you choose a recipe below keep in mind the age of your bird.  When preparing wild turkeys typically the older birds are tougher and the younger birds are ore tender.  Older turkeys often taste better when cooked wiht a moist-heat method such as a dutch oven, soup etc. while younger birds can be grilled or fried.  One other note of advice, as soon as you can clean your bird and get in in refigeration.  Especially in warm weather turkey can spoil quckly while you drive around and show your hunting buddies.  Take a picture of your turkey and get that bird cleaned.
