This is a great video from Matt Wettish on how to use a turkey mouth call.  In this how to video Matt explains the basics on how to get started using a mouth call for turkey calling.   The tips include:

  • Get A Clean 2 reeded Call- The wrasp in a call hides your imperfections
  • Get comfortable with the call in your mouth.  Don't try and use it right away, walk around with it in your mouth for a few days.
  • Don't try and make turkey call sounds right away.  Find the range of yoru call by getting down the clean whistle sound
