Rio Grande Rancho is located just across the border with two miles of riverfront on the Rio Grande River, and is conveniently located halfway between Laredo and Eagle Pass, Texas. Transportation to and from Eagle Pass or Laredo is available upon request, and our helpful and knowledgeable staff will guide you through every aspect of entry and departure.

Mexico Wingshooting & Whitetail Hunting

With a wide variety of different animal species, Rio Grande Rancho offers some great and truly unique hunting experiences. For the bird enthusiast, we offer high volume Mourning Dove & White-wing Dove hunts and some of the best brush country type Bob-White and Blue Quail hunting in all of Mexico.

Rio Grande Rancho is located in some of the finest wildlife habitat in the entire world, which is prime for many species such as Rio Grande Turkey, Javelina, Feral Hogs, Bobcats, 12 different species of ducks and the notorious Muy Grande Whitetail Deer. The ranch has a long record of producing some of the largest whitetail deer in all of Mexico, all of which are hunting under fair-chase conditions and can qualify for the Boone and Crockett record books. Conveniently located, Rio Grande Rancho is located just across the border on the Rio Grande River about 45 minutes from Eagle Pass, Texas and the historically rich Mexican city of Piedras Negras. Commercial air travel is available through Laredo or Del Rio on American Airlines or Continental and we can provide transportation to the ranch. Commercial air travel is also available to Piedras Negras international Airport. For those who have access to private air travel the ranch has on its premises a 5,100 ft runway that can support most midsize aircraft or the Maverick County Airport in Eagle Pass can handle jet traffic.
