In the late 1920's, Lopstick Lodge opened for business as a lodge and guide service. Today, it still offers many of the same experiences and much more. Set in the Great North Woods of New Hampshire, it's ideal habitat provides a large terrain for a variety of hunting opportunties.

Traditional upland birds, such as grouse, woodcock, and pheasant are plentiful in this region. Guide services for these are available during the month of October.

The Great North Woods are also home to larger wildlife like whitetail deer, bear and moose. With over 200, 000 acres to hunt, the Pittsburg area is known for it's 200 lb + bucks and can boast 6 bear per square mile.

Hunting seasons begin in early fall and extend through December. Hunting permits are required for moose.
