Saint Paul, Minn. - June 27, 2008 - Ron, Raven, and Pheasants Forever
Television are back for the fourth season of the popular outdoor variety
show. The show is slotted to air on Outdoor Channel on Thursdays at 10PM CDT
/ 11PM EDT, Fridays at 10AM CDT / 11AM EDT and again on Saturdays at 5:30PM
CDT / 6:30PM EDT. Season four of Pheasants Forever Television will debut on
Thursday, July 3rd at 10PM CDT / 11PM EDT.
Season four of Pheasants Forever Television begins at Iowa State University
in Ames, Iowa, an institution known for its agriculture and engineering
programs...and its Pheasants Forever chapter - the first university
Pheasants Forever chapter in the nation!
Next, Pheasants Forever Television visits the Pheasant Capital, South
Dakota, to meet chainsaw artist Steve Riedel of Huron. Riedel puts 400 hours
of caring into art that he donates to the local Heartland Region Chapter of
Pheasants Forever, art that ultimately helps fund the chapter's habitat
efforts.
Finally, Pheasants Forever Television ventures north into Canada for a hunt
with Pheasants Forever Calgary. The province of Alberta essentially offers
no public hunting opportunities, so Pheasants Forever Calgary's Dave Bissett
set out to change that. The product of his work is the 1,000-acre Devil's
Coulee Ranch in southern Alberta, a hunter's paradise.
Pheasants Forever Television's informative tip segments are also back for
season four, including Shotgun Savvy sponsored by Browning, Habitat Habit
brought to you by Pheasants Forever and Gun Dog Savvy sponsored by Purina.
