Upland hunts consist of hunting wild flushing pheasants and sharp-tailed grouse in CRP, cropland and native grasses. We hunt with dogs, both flushers and pointers. Whitetail deer hunts consist mainly of spot and stalk methods due mainly to our open terrain. We also use organized drives, and do some stand hunting. We have modern accommodations which include individual living quarters for each group of 4 or 5, complete with hot showers, and comfortable beds. All of our meals are served in our lodge. This is also where hunters can shoot pool, watch TV, use the telephone, etc. Mariette, our cook is one the finest on earth. She certainly knows how to feed a bunch of hungry hunters, and it is delicious.
