Not true! We welcome the public anytime just call ahead to make an appointment. The public can shoot clays and birds, they just pay a rate difference from members and aren’t extended the extras that having a membership affords. So come one, come all!

2008 Idaho Pheasant Hunting Forecast
2007 brought drought conditions to Idaho and did a number on pheasant populations. Compared to stronger years like 2005 and 2006, this year is expected to be down. There are still bird hunting opportunities for the hunter that is willing to work for it. Southwest Idaho, between Weiser and Boise, and north central Idaho between Lewiston and Moscow, offer opportunities for roosters as well as quail and grey partridge. The preserves listed on this page also offer excellent hunting opportunities and many of the outfitters release birds so the drought had little affect on these opperations.
