Millstream Preserve is Connecticut's premier upland bird hunting and dog training facility. Located in the beautiful and gently rolling hills of eastern Connecticut's dairy farm country, you will find our 300 plus acre facility to be a picturesque and enjoyable getaway in which to enjoy our shared passion. This exceptional sporting experience is within an easy drive of Hartford, New Haven, and New London Connecticut, as well as Springfield Massachusetts and Providence Rhode Island. Our guided hunts are available seven days a week from September 15th through March 31st every year. Because we are a private hunting preserve, NO HUNTING LICENSE is required to hunt upland game at Millstream. This applies to both residents and non-residents of Connecticut. Millstream offers both packaged and custom configured hunts for the discriminating sportsman.
