Duck Nuggets- BBQ'd

Great quick and easy duck appetizer. They go fast. Also a great recipe for goose
Ingredients:
2 Duck Breasts
1 pound Bacon
A Few tooth picks
12 oz BBQ Sauce (Your Choice On Brand)
Preparation:
Cube up the duck breast into 1 1/2 inch cubes
Cut the bacon strips in 1/2 and warp a 1/2 strip around each cube holding each in place with a toothpick
Cooking Instructions:
Grill the nuggets and basting them with BBQ sauce as they cook. Once the bacon is cooked the duck is usually done as well.

2008 Pretty much anything wrapped in bacon tastes good but this is one of my favorite recipes for duck and goose. Even my picky kids who don't like duck eat this duck recipe
