Great Japanese Duck Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Cooking Sherry
1 tablespoon minced ginger root
1 cup Corn Starch
1 cup Peanut Oil
Preparation:
Using a garlic press, press ginger root into a large zip lock bag. Add duck breasts, soy and sherry. Shake up and soak over night.
Cooking Instructions:
Heat oil in skillet. Heat the oil just enough to fry. Dredge duck breast in corn starch and fry.
