Horse Mountain Hunt Club in Tulelake, CA

We offer pheasant, chukar and quail hunts as well as a limited amount of duck hunting opportunities. We also have a free trap range and camping for use by guests of the club. In addition we offer coyote and ground squirrel hunting opportunities. Horse Mountain Hunt Club offers 1300+ acres of prime hunting land with 600 acres managed for easy walking and additional 700+ acres for the young and young at heart. Much of the property has sage brush and rock outcroppings for great chukar and quail hunting. Deer and antelope trespass fees are also for hunters with valid California tags. Visit our newly renovated 1800's club house saloon. Meet in the morning for coffee or stop after your hunt for a cold beverage. Hunting dogs are available on request as well as bird cleaning services. Horse Mountain Hunt clubs is adjacent to over 1,000,000 acres of US Forest Service land. We encourage our guests to use the clubs facilities through out the year for other activities such as horse back riding and ATV riding.
