Record Setting Turkey Hunting in Alabama
If you like turkey hunting, we have the birds. Our Eastern Turkey population is incredible and we have some of the heaviest turkey's in the country.
What about the deer hunting?
This is why the Deer Step Lodge is here. Although we're located in Alabama, we're known all over the U.S. for our whitetail deer. You can hunt from one of 35 moveable deer stands, towers or shooting houses on the property. Numerous food plots around the area contain clover, beans and winter wheat, and plots are monitored and analyzed every other year and supplemented as needed with deer feed for optimum antler growth.
