Ingredients:
3 pound Lean Venison
3 tablespoon soy sauce
4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pinch white pepper
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 tablespoon garlic powder
4 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1/4 teaspoon Hickory liquid smoke
1/4 teaspoon Hot sauce
1 pinch Pork sausage seasoning
1 pinch Onion powder
3 cup juice drained from banana peppers
Preparation:
Do Not use salt! Combine all ingredients, blend well. Add meat, stir at least twice during marination.
Cooking Instructions:
If you have a dehydrator, use it. I use a microwave with dehydration rack. Outdoor Life says you can turn your oven temperature as low as it will go and leave the door slightly open.
