Venison Ribs BBQ

Venison Ribs BBQ
Serves: 2 servings

Ingredients:

1 cup Catsup
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
2 medium Onions, finely chopped
1.5 cup Water

Preparation:

Wash the ribs and split into spareribs. Cover with sauce, cover the pan and bake in a moderate oven (350) for an hour. Uncover and continue to bake for another 30 minutes. Turn during last half-hour several times, to brown.
