4 1/2 pound Venison Steaks
2 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
Preparation:
Season Both sides of Venison steaks with Salt, Pepper.
Cooking Instructions:
In a Medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter. If you skim off the white part of the melted butter it won't burn. Saute venison in pan for about 3 minutes each side. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes each side for rare steaks longer if you prefer. Remove from heat and have steaks rest before slicing for about 2 minutes. This will help the juices to come back into the meat instead of running all over your plate. Serve with favorite sides or ontop of greens for a salad.
Notes:
I know this might not seem like a "recipe" This is more of an other way of cooking your Venison steaks. Summited by Betty Shore
