What's the biggest buck you ever shot? How big was it, what did you use to kill it? Let's hear your story! |

Here is a big Wisconsin Bruiser taken with a gun near Ladysmith Wisconsin opening day of gun season 2004. Cold! Score- No idea but it made me smile.

| I nailed a 11 pointer 4 years ago. It was a long shot and honestly I couldn't tell how big he was until I got up on him. I was thinking a nice 8 through the scope. I never scored him but if I had to guess I would say 130 class |

Yea, I like it when the closer you get...the bigger they are, not the other way around |

| I got a nice 8 from here on out I've been pretty picky. I've seen a few 10 but I am waiting for a monster now. |

I've shot quite a few "nice eatin" deer, and a 200lb field dressed WNY deer that scored a 116. Not a real big rack, but it was with a recurve at 20 yards. Got one lung direct hit, clipped the other. He made it 1oo yoards, of couse down the ravine! I'm working on a European mount how to section for the site, you will see the deers rack. |

Archer, I always wanted to try a recurve hunt. Do I need to break the bank to buy a recurve or are there some low cost alternatives for my first recurve bow? |

No need to break the bank for a recurve bow, I actually got mine from ebay for cheap! Not recommended however, I got lucky and got a good bow. The best way to find a bow is to go to a traditional archery shoot. You can pick up good equipment and even make your own at some shoots. |

| So what do you look for when looking at recurves? Is one brand better then another? What type of price range should I look at for my first used recurve? |
