If you’re like me you have a hodgepodge of cameras lying around from old and cheap to new and top-of-the-line. Nowadays there are so many affordable quality cameras there really is no excuse not to have one. I still use them all if I can get them to work. I have used trail cameras since they first came out and I used to wait at the one hour photo like a daddy waiting for a new baby to be born. The key is to get them in the right spot. You never know, the cheap camera may be the one that tells you where that big shooter is traveling. I have had my best luck with cameras over corn in early season. Be sure you do not check your cameras too often or that buck may start to avoid the area all together.
I found that Dicks Sporting Goods has some great deals on gear and cameras right now. Have you found any good deals lately?

not a big fan of Wildgame Innovations. I've had some good luck with Primos and Moultrie.

Just called Wildgame on a couple of cameras I have that the displays have quit working on. They gave me
a return number and address to send them back to and said they would send me new ones. That's customer service at its best, no questions asked. I'll let you know how it turns out after I ship them back.
