Looking at getting a woodhaven real hen box call.  Has anyone tried on or have one?  I currently use wood haven mouth calls, but have yet to buy a box call of theirs.  Just curious if anyone has one and if you think its worth the $60.  Or if you have any suggestions of another great box call, I am open to ideas.

 

 

I have a Hardys Custom Calls box call and love it! He is out of martinsburg, WV and sponsors Hardcore Pursuit. He hand makes all his calls and personally hand tunes each one. He also makes mouth calls and the best friction call called the split personality which is two calls in one. The top is a pre seasoned shot beaded glass and the bottom is slate. All his wood calls are finished with an automotive acrylic which prevents the wood from getting wet and swelling. Which is a plus because that could cause your call to change the way it sounds. The prices are lower then most any other call company. If you check them out and try them let him know Kelly from Team Urban Nocks sent you if you don't mind.
