Just got my notification from the DNR.  My hunting group(3 guns) all scored the same time period.  We intentionally declined to sign up as a group because one of our guys is a non-res.  No problem... we're set to go for time period C Zone 1.  You guys find out your draw yet?

I just put in my permit for 2011. I always shoot for the first or second period because it seems to me that the turkey aren't quite as gun shy and respond better to calls. What period do you guys think is best?

I prefer any time period in which I am not in another country! This year I have a bably on the way for the early season. Looks like I'll be hunting late season again!
