Boss, first is a question for you.  Wonder if we could have another heading for topics of a general nature, one not directed to a particular sport.  Like a "Campfire discussions" or  Roundtable talkes, call it what you will but......

Now for the second topic of discussion.   Forget about your sport of choice, thsi is more directed at "your state"

Question: what is the craziest hunting law "in your opinion" on the books in your state.   Va. a conserative commonwealth still does not allow Sunday hunting..  We are fighting it but so far"  NOPE"

I like the Camp Fire Title. Wisconsin has a ton of bad laws on the books for hunting especially when it comes to deer hunting. We have all these dumb zones like 60 of them in the state and they all seem to have different restrictions. Some are earn a buck, you can bait in some... the list goes on and on. You almost need to be a lawyer to figure out where to hunt and the zone maps aren't great either so I often question what zone I am even in. I don't think any of these beat your law of no hunting on Sunday. That is probably the one day of the week I hunt the most.

What do you guys think about creating forum sections for each state? Should we organize a state specific thread and then sub threads about each game species? Do you think that would be of value???

I guess if you follow the lead of other/most sites, that would be the norm.  Been thinking"being a duck hunter" to have a rep for the Atlantic Flyway.... BUT, lot's of air in the Atlantic Flyway.  I know I could not keep up with the news/events from Canada to Florida.  Don't think the break down of states is a bad idea and if you needed or are looking for a Va. moderator. I'd like to take a crack at it.... Or maybe Regional zones????
