Wonding if it would be possible to have something like a shirt made with the website design/logo made available for sale. Reason I say that is I'm judging a calling contest this weekend and it would/could be an opportinity for folks to see it in the waterfowling world.. Some of the other sites offer them to the members and moderators. I figure if it were started small and as we grow,we could add more, such as pullovers, caps and the like.
I'm not asking for the site to foot the bill, I'd be happy to pay for it. I just think it could be a good way to get the word out! |

Hey guys, wow, busy night on the forum. Great idea on the shirts. I already was looking into this and have gotten some pricing for a buddy. Are you more interested in hats or shirts first? Like Cut said eventually I would like to get a bunch of different gear but for now I though I would start with either shirts or hats. Let me know and I'll get something ordered. |

Everybody likes a hat , that's a given...but trouble with hats is the manufacturers like for you to place a "big order". With Shirts or tees we would/could go to BP ,Cabala's or Gander Mountain , anywhere that sells them, buy as many as we needed and have the logo printed on them, Like I said, I'd be willing to buy it and with judging this contest this weekend, it's just might draw an eye or two. I'm sure the site will move in that direction as it grows anyway |

Hats are nice, but everybody wants something different. That makes it tough on you guys at Foremost. Do a shirt and keep the design simple. If you want to go nuts, offer a short sleave and a long sleave.

Not knowing all the ends and outs ..or the cash flow, I'd suggest we start out small and "hang our sign" on something small, hat or tee. Don't think it'd be lot of folks wanting or needing them at this point. Then as the site grows, we can expand. ex. hooded sweats, vest
Taking about promotion of our site. Are their other ways of promoting "other than word of mouth" Can we or do we want to "just nature take it's coarse" or are their other ways ???? |

We are working on search engine promotion and gettting links from other sites. The main ingredient on sites like this is time and good content as well as active members like you guys. The site will start to grow as more people get involved and the search engines start to pick up the content. |

By the way, I ordered some shirts today. They should be in in about 3 weeks. I'll get some pictures up as soon as they come in. The price break was at 72 shirts so I am sure I will have enough for everyone and every size. |
