Cool, I too am a member of DU, I realize the org. does a lot of good across the conuntry ,as does Delta and Waterfowl Usa. Here in Va, we started a state waterfowl org. about 5 or 6 years ago, (vawfa.org.), mostly made up of DU members that wanted to do more in the state. We host the calling contest that I mentioned, Handicap hunts as well as youth hunts each year. It's a good opportinity to "do something to help the ducks and the duck hunters here at home".
I do encourage everyone to get involved with a waterfowl organization of your choice as the ducks need your help!
