Should the WI DNR Spend Money To Translate Hunting Materials?

I just read a interesting article:

Did you know that in the budget money is being spent to provide translation into Hmong and Spanish?  Maybe I'm just a backwards hick, but I'm not sure I agree with that.

Jeff,

While I agree with what I believe is your premise - that these folks should learn the language of their new home - when you consider how many Hmong and Spanish-speaking people are hunting and fishing in Wisconsin, it is probably a good idea. The tough part about the story is that it simply states that money is being spent. How much money? I don't want anyone overbagging because they don't know the rules. Some people, not just people who don't speak English, are overbagging with the intent to overbag. However, for some it is simply a matter of not understanding the rules. Frankly, I'd like to see them spend some money to translate the rules into English. There are a lot of complexities out there.
